• Where's Beer? is intended for adults 18+.
• By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and may legally use the app in your location.
• The app is not designed for children.

Alcohol policy

• The app does not sell alcohol, deliver alcohol, or offer discounts, coupons, or promotions for alcohol.
• The app does not encourage excessive drinking, drinking competitions, or unsafe behavior.
• You are responsible for following all local laws and venue rules.

Use of the app

• The app is provided as a location-based game and navigation aid.
• Places, directions, distances, availability, and public information may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable.
• Do not trespass, break laws, drive unsafely, enter unsafe areas, or use the app when it is unsafe to look at your device.

User content

• You are responsible for any text or photos you submit.
• Do not submit illegal, offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual, private, copyrighted, misleading, or unsafe content.
• Do not submit content that exposes private people, private property, sensitive information, or unsafe behavior.
• To report content, contact support@pointhunter.org.

Moderation and fair play

• User content may be reviewed, rejected, hidden, or removed.
• Players may be hidden, limited, or banned for abuse, unsafe behavior, spam, cheating, fake finds, or attempts to manipulate the game.
• Repeat finds, suspicious activity, or abuse may not count for points or ranking.

Profile and recovery

• You are responsible for saving your recovery code.
• If you lose your recovery code, restoring your profile after reinstalling the app or changing devices may not be possible.

Changes and availability

• The app, features, rankings, supported areas, and available places may change or be unavailable at any time.
• We may update these Terms when needed.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The app is provided as is and as available.
• To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for inaccurate places, unavailable venues, unsafe travel, legal violations, injuries, losses, or user-submitted content resulting from use of the app.
